No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply for change of mind after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, wilted beyond recovery, or different from what you ordered, we offer refunds or replacements.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing the following:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A short description of the issue
Requests made after 24 hours may not qualify due to product perishability.
Delivery Issues
- No refunds will be issued if an incorrect delivery address is provided.
- If the recipient is unavailable upon delivery, redelivery charges may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or courier disruptions.
Custom & Event Orders
Wedding, bulk, and customized floral arrangements are non-refundable once confirmed, as materials are reserved specifically for your order.
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
